I also pushed my Saturday ru...Good job on this one! I also pushed my Saturday run to just over 13 miles. For some reason mentally it helps to know you are running a half marathon! And by the way, my pace was 9:44 also and I will be trying to run at 8:23 for a marathon. :-) You have to remember that tapering is an important part of training and your body should feel rested and ready to go on marathon day!
